i)             To process visa application for Indian citizens within three (3) working days from the date of submission.

 

ii)            To process Malaysian passport renewal application within 60 days from the date of submission.

 

iii)           To register marriage of Malaysian citizens residing in India within 14 days from the date of submission.

 

iv)           To register and issue Form ‘W’ for new born baby’s (Only for Malaysian Citizen) in 14 days from the date of submission.

 

v)            To process application for renunciation of Malaysian citizenship within six (6) months from the date of submission.

 

vi)           To process report on the verification of death certificate issued by the relevant local authority in India within three (3) months from the date of submission.

 

vii)         To issue emergency certificate within three (3) working days from the date of submission.

 

viii)        To process application for ‘Good Conduct’ Certificate within 60 days from the date of submission.

 

ix)           To do the translation of birth and death certificates within two (2) days from the date of submission.

 

x)            To do affirmation of affidavit and power of attorney by the applicant in the presence of competent authority within two (2) days from the date of submission.

 

xi)           To do certification of EPF, pension forms and Form H (Death Compensation) on the same day.
