1st January 2026 : Consulate General of Malaysia, Chennai, in collaboration with Tourism Malaysia Chennai, AirAsia, Malaysia Airlines (MH), and IndiGo, organized a heartwarming send-off ceremony at MAA International Airport on Dec 31, 2025. Led by Consul General Mr. Saravana Kumar together with Tourism Malaysia Chennai officials - the event welcomed travelers to Malaysia with VM2026-themed goodies, including mascot keychains and exclusive bag tags, showcasing Malaysia's vibrant culture and hospitality.
