26 June 2025 : The Consulate General of Malaysia in Chennai proudly hosted the Round Table Meeting for the ASEAN-India Year of Tourism 2025 at Pullman Chennai on 26 June 2025.

The event was presided over by H.E. Mr. Saravana Kumar Kumaravasagam, Consul General of Malaysia, and brought together key representatives from ASEAN member countries diplomatic mission based in Chennai, MA India Branch Office and MEA India Branch office to initiate and plan a joint collaborative tourism/cultural event to celebrate ASEAN - India Tourism Year 2025.
