15 JULY 2026 : HALAL ROUNDTABLE MEETING WITH STAKEHOLDERS IN CHENNAI
The Consulate General of Malaysia in Chennai successfully hosted the Halal Roundtable Meeting with Stakeholders in Chennai on 15 July 2026 at Hyatt Regency Chennai, bringing together key industry players and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration in the halal ecosystem.
The session served as a valuable platform to exchange views on emerging opportunities, market trends, and avenues for enhancing bilateral trade and investment in the halal sector between Malaysia and South India.
During the programme, participants engaged in constructive discussions on promoting Malaysia’s globally recognised halal standards, facilitating business partnerships, and exploring future collaborations that will contribute to the growth of the halal industry.
