Asia-Africa ICT and Development Summit, 1 December 2018
The Consul General participated in the Asia-Africa ICT and Development Summit, organized by the Asia-Africa Development Council, in Mumbai on 1 December 2018. The UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was chosen as the theme for the event.
Focusing on the theme, the Consul General delivered his remarks during the opening session of the event. Among others, he presented Malaysia’s views on the subject matter and highlighted a way forward for Asian and African countries to achieve Sustainable Development Goals, particularly through the mobilisation of the South-South cooperation.
