Malaysian Magic Cooking Demo by Chefs Borhan and Haron with Bollywood Celebrities at Sofitel Hotel, BKC Mumbai on 13 November 2014
On the occasion of the Malaysian Magic food Promotion at Sofitel Hotel Mumbai, a cooking demo was organized to promote Malaysia Cuisine to the... local as well as foreigners. As the space can only accommodate 30 people the room was packed with diplomats spouse, locals, Malaysian pr and guest of President of PERWAKILAN. Tempting the palate, guest was presented with four special dishes in a good wholesome simplicity : 1)soto ayam 2)ayam goreng berempah 3)tauhu sumbat and 4) sago gula Melaka. At the end of the demo, all guest was served with Malaysia's no 1 favourite drink 'the tarik' to seal the deal with a sweet taste of Malaysia. Special thank to PERWAKILAN Ladies, Tourism Malaysia, Sofitel Hotel and media who had made a collective effort and provided gracious support to have this event materialized.
