Registration of Malaysians Residing in Western India.
All Malaysians residing in the States of Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat are advised to register with the Consulate General of Malaysia in Mumbai. The failure to do so may cause difficulties for the Consulate General to provide assistance or protection in the event of emergencies or may lead to the loss of citizenship under Article 25(2) of the Constitution of Malaysia. The registration form is available at the Consulate or may be downloaded from http://www.kln.gov.my/web/ind_mumbai/forms. The completed form should be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to the Consulate General of Malaysia in Mumbai.
