Working Visit to SAI Hospital in Chembur on the 5th April 2015
The Consul General made a working visit to SAI Hospital in Chembur on the 5th April 2015 accompanied Mr Hidayat, Attache Immigration. The objective of the visit is to have a better understanding on how the hospital runs the daily process of conducting medical checkup for Indian nationals who wants to work abroad including to Malaysia.
During the visit, Dr Abid Sayed, Director and co-owner of the hospital made a presentation and a tour visit around the hospital. He was joined by Dr Amjadkhan Pathan. SAI Hospital is lauded as one of the most advanced medical facilities in Mumbai equipped for complex surgeries with surgical theatres that prides itself with a standard equal to that of any modern hospitals here in India.
Overall the visit was very informative and educational at the same time in a sense that we now know the entire process and the steps taken by the hospital to ensure that the person going to work in Malaysia particularly will be properly scanned in ensuring that we get the best, qualified and fit to work.
