44th Session of the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) Conference
On 28 June, Dato’ Zahid was elected as a Vice-Chairperson of the 44th Session of the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) Conference, which is taking place from 28 to 4 July 2025. Held biennially, the Conference is the supreme governing body of the FAO - to determine the policy and approve the budget of the Organization, as well make recommendations concerning food and agriculture matters.
