Phase 2 of Education Diplomacy programme, undertaken with Global Action.
The Embassy was happy to receive students from Istituto Istruzione Superiore Papareschi on 6 June 2024. These students had represented Malaysia at the Global Action Model United Nation on 20-24 May 2024 and were the participants of the Phase 2 of Education Diplomacy programme, undertaken with Global Action.
The visit by the students included an interactive session with Amb Zahid on his experiences in diplomacy and the responsibilities of a diplomat.
This was followed with Mr. Ahmad Fuad Norzin, Minister Counsellor, sharing on the functions of the Embassy, bilateral work with Italy in different sectors, and work within the various UN agencies in Rome.
The Embassy extends its appreciation to Global Action for coordinating the Education Diplomacy Programme with us and looks forward to further future collaboration.
