Ukraine Recovery Conference
On 10-11 July 2025, Mr. Ahmad Fuad Mohd Norzin, Minister Counsellor, Embassy of Malaysia in Rome attended the event entitled, ‘Ukraine Recovery Conference’. Co-organised by Italy and Ukraine, Rome was chosen as the venue for the fourth Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC).
The objective of the Conference was to raise awareness and mobilise international support and investment for the recovery, reconstruction, reform, and modernisation of Ukraine. The efforts will focus on several dimensions, namely, public and private sectors involvement, rebuilding civil infrastructure, engagement with local and regional authorities in the reconstruction efforts, and advancing Ukraine’s reform process towards EU accession.
Next year’s URC will be hosted by Poland.
