Webinar by MATRADE Milan, entitled ‘Unlocking the Italian Market: Trade Trends and Industry Insights’
To further realise the Malaysia-Italy trade potential, a webinar was organised by the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), Milan, entitled ‘Unlocking the Italian Market: Trade Trends and Industry Insights’, on 18 July 2024.
Ambassador Zahid delivered opening remarks which highlighted Malaysia-Italy bilateral relations, the significant rise in trade in 2024 between the two countries, and the importance of increasing people-to-people exchanges.
Presentations on trends, opportunities, and nuances of operating in the Italian market, for Malaysian entrepreneurs, were given by Mr. Ravidran Manogaran, Trade Commissioner of MATRADE Milan; Mr. David Doninotti, Secretary General, and Mr Giovanni Di Nardo, Business Development Manager, of the Italian Association of Foreign Trade (AICE); and Mr. Rocca Ricardo, President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Southeast Asia (CCISEA).
