To deliver quality, efficient, accurate and within reasonable time frame for the following services:

1. To uphold Malaysia’s sovereignty and defend her national interests.
2. To act as a responsive focal point to promote bilateral relations of mutual interests between Malaysia and the host country.
3. To make available and disseminate accurate and updated information about Malaysia to the general public in the host country.
4. To ensure the interests of our stakeholders in Malaysia are safeguarded and promoted.
5. To provide efficient consular services to Malaysians and foreign citizens, within its mandate.
