15 December 2025 – The Embassy of Malaysia Club (EOMC) organised its annual Bowling Tournament Bonenkai 2025 at Tokyo Port Bowl. The tournament was participated by all Home-Based Staff and Locally Recruited Staff of the Embassy, fostering camaraderie and teamwork in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The event successfully strengthened esprit de corps among Embassy members, providing an opportunity for staff to interact beyond the workplace while celebrating the year-end bonenkai tradition.

Team Wisma Putra D, comprising H.E. Dato’ Shahril Effendi Abd Ghany, Mr. Azrim Zamri, and Ms. Safura Mohd Tawil, emerged as the champions. Team MIDA secured second place, followed by Team Wisma Putra C in third place. The tournament concluded on a high note, marking a memorable and enjoyable close to the year’s activities.
