OVER TO YOU MALAYSIA! The chairmanship of the ASEAN Committee in Seoul (ACS) was handed over to Malaysia by The Philippines in a simple ceremony held at the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines on 2 January 2025. The chairmanship of ACS rotates every six months. The chairmanship by Malaysia coincides with the regional body chairmanship whereby Malaysia is now the Chairman of ASEAN throughout 2025. There is a line-up of interesting programmes and activities that will be carried out by Malaysia throughout the period with the view to enhancing ASEAN’s visibility in the host country.
