What does diplomacy look like in an increasingly uncertain world?

The Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) brought together close to 300 policymakers, diplomats and experts for the Seoul Diplomacy Forum 2026 on 3 September, with Malaysia represented by the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Malaysia in Seoul.

In his keynote remarks, Foreign Minister Cho Hyun outlined the Republic of Korea’s foreign policy priorities anchored by its close alliance with the United States, stronger national capabilities, and a broad and resilient network of global partnerships.

The Forum provided a timely platform for dialogue on how countries can navigate a rapidly changing international landscape while building stronger partnerships and a more peaceful and resilient future.
