General Dato’ Sri Muhamad Norazlan Aris, Chief of the Royal Malaysian Air Force met with His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Mishaal Mubarak Al-Sabah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defence of the State of Kuwait on 19 November 2025. During the meeting both exchanged views on strengthening defence collaboration between Malaysia and Kuwait.
