Consular Assistance for Malbatt 850-7 Personnel
The Malaysian Embassy in Beirut provide consular assistance for the Malaysian Battalion (Malbatt) 850-7 personnel, who were involved in fire outbreak incident on 15 February 2020 at Marakah Camp, Southern Lebanon. Due to the incident, the whole complex of 16 double containers (accommodation of MALBATT) has been destroyed causing loss of personal belongings and documents.
