Courtesy Call by Mr. Hicham Mekkawi from International Trans Oil and Energy, (ITO), 28 November 2012

 

 

On Wednesday 28 November 2012, His Excellency Ambassador ILANGO KARUPPANNAN met Mr. Hicham Mekkawi from International Trans Oil and Energy (ITO), a company based in Texas, USA.

 

ITO is a private company operating in domestic and international petrochemical and industrial markets which provides several services including petrochemical and refinery, power generation, solid waste handling and offshore petroleum.

 

During the discussion, Mr. Mekkawi conveyed to Ambassador his interest to collaborate and learn about Malaysia’s bio-diesel and waste management industry in Malaysia. Both sides also exchanged views on the possible strategies to find interested partners in these fields.
