On Tuesday 16 October 2012, His Excellency Ambassador ILANGO KARUPPANNAN met with by Mr. Ali El Masri, President of Lebanese Chinese Business Council at the Embassy in Beirut.
During the discussion, Mr. Ali conveyed to the Ambassador the interest by the Lebanese-Chinese Business Council to explore more business and investment opportunities in Malaysia. The Ambassador expressed his desire to see more business delegation from Lebanon to visit Malaysia and assured him of the support of the Embassy to facilitate such arrangements. The Ambassador also encouraged Mr. Ali to participate in any future trade events in Malaysia and gave away several MATRADE materials for his reference.
