LUNCH WITH THE PALESTINIAN CHILDREN IN BEIRUT
On Friday, 23 May 2014 His Excellency Ambassador ILANGO KARUPPANNAN hosted a lunch for 50 young Palestinian children from the Bourj al-Barajneh and Sabra and Shatila Palestinian camps in Beirut. The lunch was also attended by the Home Based Staff of the Embassy.
The event was part of Embassy’s efforts to foster closer relationship with the Palestinian community in Lebanon. The Ambassador explained that the lunch was a symbolic expression of the Embassy’s continued support and solidarity with the Palestinians in Lebanon.
