MERCY Malaysia's Visit to Lebanon

The first group of MERCY Malaysia volunteers under the MTCP - Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme Capacity Building for Palestinian Healthcare Providers programme in Lebanon held an engagement session with Ambassador Dato' Azri at the Embassy of Malaysia in Lebanon. During the engagement, the team shared their experience so far in delivering training to strengthen health systems and equip over 100 frontline workers with essential skills.

Dato' Azri highlighted the importance of such initiatives in promoting inclusive healthcare and building long-term resilience in the region.

One of the delegates also shared her personal reflections from MERCY Malaysia’s humanitarian mission in Gaza, an inspiring reminder that every effort, carries the potential to restore hope and spark lasting change.
