SEND-OFF AND WREATH-LAYING CEREMONY TO HONOUR THE PASSING AND DEPARTURE OF THE REMAINS OF SERGEANT FARIDAH ABD RAHMAN
On behalf of the Government of Malaysia, Ambassador Azri attended the send-off and wreath-laying ceremony at Beirut International Airport to honour the passing and departure of the remains of Malbatt contingent member, Sergeant Faridah Abd Rahman. Her dedication, sacrifice and service for peace was honoured by the UNIFIL Commander at the ceremony. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family and loved ones.
