ASEAN Day in Lebanon

Philippine Embassy in Lebanon, the Indonesian Embassy in Lebanon and the Embassy of Malaysia in Lebanon held the ASEAN 2026 Community Volunteer Initiative on 9 August 2026 in Basta, Beirut, in partnership with the Lebanese non-governmental organisation Offre Joie, under the Philippine ASEAN Chairmanship theme, "Navigating Our Future, Together: Rebuilding as One."

The three Embassies in Lebanon are part of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), a regional organisation comprising 11 Member States committed to promoting peace, stability, economic cooperation, and people-to-people ties. Through initiatives like this, ASEAN reaffirms its commitment to friendship, volunteerism, and partnerships that build resilient, inclusive communities.
