ASEAN Day in Lebanon

Philippine Embassy in Lebanon, the Indonesian Embassy in Lebanon and the Embassy of Malaysia in Lebanon held the ASEAN 2026 Community Volunteer Initiative on 09 August 2026 in Basta, Beirut, in partnership with the Lebanese non-governmental organisation Offre Joie, under the Philippine ASEAN Chairmanship theme, "Navigating Our Future, Together: Rebuilding as One." The three Embassies in Lebanon are part of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), a regional organisation comprising 11 Member States committed to promoting peace, stability, economic cooperation, and people-to-people ties. Through initiatives like this, ASEAN reaffirms its commitment to friendship, volunteerism, and partnerships that build resilient, inclusive communities.
