BOOK OF CONDOLENCE FOR THE LATE TUN ABDULLAH AHMAD BADAWI
On 16 and 17 April 2025, the High Commission of Malaysia in Islamabad opened a Book of Condolence in memory of Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the fifth Prime Minister of Malaysia, who passed away on 14 April 2025. Tun Abdullah was a respected statesman known for his dedication to public service and his leadership that prioritised unity, moderation, and good governance.
The High Commission would like to express sincere appreciation to members of the diplomatic corps, officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan and Friends of Malaysia who took the time to visit the High Commission to convey their condolences.
Your presence and kind words reflect the warm and longstanding friendship between Malaysia and Pakistan. Thank you for standing in solidarity with the people of Malaysia during this time of national mourning.
