VISIT PREPARATION MEETING WITH THE PROTOCOL DIVISION OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
On 15 April 2025, the Chargé d’Affaires of Malaysia, Mr. Mohd Syafik Firdaus Hasbullah, accompanied by the First Secretary, held a meeting with Mr. Hafeez Ullah, Deputy Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan. The meeting focused on the logistical arrangements for the forthcoming high-level visit of the Government of Pakistan to Malaysia.
Discussions included proposed scheduling, protocol coordination, security arrangements, and other operational matters to ensure the smooth execution of the visit. The High Commission values the professionalism and support extended by MOFA Pakistan and looks forward to continued cooperation in the lead-up to the visit.
