Courtesy Call on the Deputy Chief of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Karachi
Mr. Khairul Nazran Abd Rahman, Consul-General of Malaysia in Karachi had called on Mr. Shoaib Mubarak, Deputy Chief of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Camp Office, Karachi on 3 July 2018. Mr. Nazrul Firzadh Yunus, Vice Consul, Consulate-General of Malaysia was also present.
The Consul-General enlightened the Deputy Chief of Protocol that Malaysia’s presence in Karachi comes with high aspiration to further nurture and promote cooperative activities between Malaysia and Karachi particularly in the economic and tourism sectors in the effort to enhance bilateral ties between the two countries. Pakistan is one of the first countries that recognized Malaya’s independence in 1957.
While welcoming the new Consul-General of Malaysia to Karachi, the Deputy Chief of Protocol assured the Consul-General that the Pakistani Government would render its assistance in ensuring that all planned activities in promoting bilateral ties would be able to materialize. Potential under the scope of the bilateral relations between Malaysia and Pakistan is immense.
