COLLECTION OF BALLOT PAPERS

Dear Postal Voters in the Philippines,

The Embassy has received a few ballot papers that were addressed to the Embassy. In this regard, the Embassy would like to request the voters to constantly check with the Embassy and subsequently to collect their couriered envelopes from the Embassy and to return the ballots at their own costs to the designated Returning Officer. All ballots must reach the respective Returning Officer latest at 5pm on 9 May 2018.

As voters are aware, the Embassy of Malaysia is longer the voting centre for PRU14. In this case, the address for the ballots to be sent from Malaysia is the residing address of the Postal Voters and not the Embassy's.

Thank you.
