On 13 November 2024, H.E. Ambassador Dato' Chitra Devi Ramiah and Mr. Syed Muhammad Firdaus, First Secretary, attended a distinguished lecture on "Advancing an Independent Philippine Foreign Policy in Accordance with National Interests”, delivered by H.E. Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, Undersecretary for Bilateral Relations and ASEAN Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs, Republic of the Philippines. The session, jointly organized by the Embassy of the Philippines and Collegium Civitas, highlighted the strategic importance of the Philippines' autonomous foreign policy framework aligned with its national priorities.
