ASEAN FLAG RAISING CEREMONY

The ASEAN Flag Raising Ceremony was held on 8th August 2011 at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Bucharest. The event was jointly organized by the ASEAN Member States in Bucharest namely Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines. H.E. Ambassador Vasile Sofineti, Director General, Department for Globalisation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Romania graced the occasion.
Malaysian traditional food like Pulut with Chicken Rendang, Rojak Buah and Bingka Pandan was served during the eventprepared by the ladies of Perwakilan Bucharest.
