On the occasion of Eid, the Ambassador of Malaysia to Romania, H.E. Datin Paduka Halimah Abdullah, hosted an Open House for Malaysians residing in Romania as well as for the “Friends of Malaysia” and diplomatic corp. The celebration was held on 16 September 2010 at the Embassy of Malaysia, which was attended by approximately 50 guests. The Open House was not only a good opportunity for Malaysians to get acquainted with other fellow citizens in the country, thus fostering the stronger sense of national solidariy, but also to instill the 1Malaysia spirit as well as strengthening the Embassy’s networking with the “Friends of Malaysia”.
