 INTERNATIONAL OPEN AIR COOKING CHAMPIONSHIP
21ST – 23RD OCTOBER 2011
 
 
Perwakilan Bucharest participated at the Fifth Edition of International Open Air Cooking Championship on 21st-23rd of October 2011. The event was organized by the Cultural Association Euro East Alternative and was opened to amateurs and professional chefs.
 
The team prepared Nasi Lemak, Teh Tarik and Bubur Kacang to compete in the Culinary Art Class amateurs’ category and gained a silver medal for their creativity and effort.
