MALAYSIA NATIONAL DAY RECEPTION 2012
H.E. Ambassador Dato' Nik Mustafa Kamal bin Nik Ahmad and Datin Siti Fatimah hosted the Malaysia National Day Reception on 26 September 2012 at Crowne Plaza Hotel Bucharest. Mrs. Carmen Burlacu, Director General for Global Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was the guest of honour, representing the Embassy of Romania. The event began with the playing of the national anthems of Malaysia and Romania.
H.E. Ambassador Dato' Nik Mustafa Kamal bin Nik Ahmad then gave his welcoming remarks followed by a speech from Mrs. Carmen Burlacu. The guests were then invited to join the toast for Malaysia and Romania.
The event was well attended by members of the diplomatic corps, Government officials, businessmen, media personalities as well as Malaysians in Bucharest.
