CEMPAKA INTERNATIONAL LADIES COLLEGE (CILC) OUTREACH PROGRAMME TO SAUDI, 11-12 DECEMBER 2013
As part of CILC outreach and promotional programme to introduce the college to the middle east countries, a delegation from CILC headed by its Vice Principal, Puan Norashikin Ahmad were in Jeddah from 11-12 December 2013. The visit was fully facilitated by Consulate and MATRADE Jeddah where a briefing/presentation session was held on 12 December 2013 at MATRADE office. Mr. Mohd Khalid Abbasi Abdul Razak, Consul General moderated the session which was actively participated by a number of Malaysia Business Council (MBC) members, fellow Malaysians and local media representatives.
CILC is the fifth Cempaka School, and the first private all-girls’ boarding school in Malaysia that focuses on academic rigour, a wide range of sporting activities and the fine arts which include music, theatre and dance. Since it opened its doors in 2009, the 35-acre Ladies’ College is one of the premier girls’ schools in the region, catering to students from both Malaysia and abroad. It is located at Bandar Enstek, a 5,116 acre development located strategically in Nilai, ten minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and adjacent to the Sepang International Formula One Circuit.
