THE EMBASSY OF MALAYSIA HOSTED A FAREWELL LUNCHEON FOR MR. TANG HING TUNG, PETRONAS MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE OF GNPOC

 

On Thursday, 14 January 2023, Mr. Mohd Faiz Firdaus Kamaruddin, the Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy organized a farewell luncheon at As-Saha Restaurant for Mr. Tang Hing Tung, PETRONAS Management Representative of GNPOC. Mr. Tang will end his tour in the Republic of the Sudan on 15 January 2023. The luncheon was also attended by PETRONAS Sudan Office representatives and GNPOC representatives.

 

Mr. Mohd Faiz Firdaus Kamaruddin, the Chargé d'affaires gave a short remark highlighting the good relationship of the Embassy with Mr. Tang as well as a rundown of milestones during the tenureship in Khartoum. After which, Mr. Tang took the opportunity to express his appreciation to the Embassy and H.E. Ambassador of Malaysia. He gave some anecdotes on the journey with the Embassy and share his lesson learnt over the past 2 years working in Khartoum.

 

The Embassy of Malaysia wishes Mr. Tang the best of luck in his future endeavours.
