Part III : List of Applicants for New Passport (incomplete details to be contacted for passport collection)
Attached is the list of applicants who have yet to collect their new passport at the High Commission of Malaysia (MHC) in Singapore, due to incomplete or no details of phone number / email address to be contacted by the MHC. Please be informed that applicant needs to do a new passport application (payment of SGD 66 or equivalent to RM 200) if you fail to collect your passport in 90 days from the passport printed date.
Please refer to the list stating your name and No. Borang (in your RESIT RASMI) for confirmation of identity.
(i) Come to High Commission of Malaysia, 301 Jervois Rd, 249077 - starting 30 November 2020 on weekdays only from 10.00am -11.30am or 3.00pm - 5.00pm
(ii) Do not forget to bring your current passport and MyKad for collection
(iii) Queue at the immigration Section Entrance in front of the guard post (with Malaysia Passport Collection sign) and proceed to Counter 1 inside the building
