ATTESTATION/WITNESSING AND NOTARIAL SERVICE

Purchase Agreement, Power of Attorney, etc. requires attestation by the Consular Division.

Documents needed for authentication are:

a)      Passport and photocopy

b)      Document issued by Malaysian authorities and photocopy of one of

      the document

c)     RM5.00 per signature (Cash)

CERTIFICATION

Certification of Malaysian documents such as Birth Certificates, School Certificates etc.

                       a)   Original document and photocopy

                       b)   RM5.00 per document (Cash)

LEGALISATION OF DOCUMENTS

Documents issued by the local authorities in the Republic of Serbia such as Civil Registrar office of the Republic of Serbia (no impediment to marriage letter, marriage and birth certificate etc), or any Serbian institution document are to be authenticated/legalised the Consular Official at the Embassy of Malaysia, Belgrade before its usage in Malaysia.

Fees: RM 15.00 (cash) per document
