58th Anniversary of ASEAN Day
On 30 October 2025, the ASEAN Committee in Stockholm (ACS) hosted a reception to commemorate the 58th Anniversary of ASEAN Day at the Residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia in Stockholm.
Coordinated by the Embassy of Indonesia, the reception was honoured by the presence of H.E. Dag Hartelius, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, as the Chief Guest. The gathering also brought together senior officials from the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, members of the diplomatic corps, and key stakeholders.
Guests were treated to an array of traditional dishes representing the rich and diverse culinary heritage of the ASEAN region. Overall, the evening provided a meaningful opportunity to foster camaraderie, promote cultural appreciation, and strengthen the spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding between ASEAN member states and Sweden.
