ACS meeting on H.E. Pål Jonson, Minister for Defence of Sweden
On 15 April 2025, the Ambassadors of #ASEANCommitteeinStockholm had the honour of meeting H.E. Pål Jonson, Minister for Defence of Sweden, for an engaging exchange of views on regional and global security dynamics. The dialogue highlighted Sweden’s current defence policy and its recognition of ASEAN’s pivotal role in preserving peace and stability in Southeast Asia. Additionally, aside from strengthening defence cooperation, the meeting reaffirmed a shared commitment to building bridges between regions and fostering strategic trust in an increasingly interconnected world.
