Joint Courtesy Call by ASEAN Ambassadors on HE Ann Linde, Minister for Foreign Trade and Nordic Cooperation of Sweden
On Thursday, 25 April 2019, the ASEAN Ambassadors in Stockholm made a courtesy call on Her Excellency Ann Linde, the Minister for Foreign Trade with responsibility for Nordic affairs. HE. Bagas Hapsoro, Ambassador of Indonesia as the Chair of ASEAN Committee of Stockholm (ACS) began with opening remarks congratulating Minister Ann Linde on her appointment as Minister for Foreign Trade, with responsibility for Nordic affairs under the leadership of Prime Minister Stefan Löfven.
During the courtesy call, they discussed the possibility of cooperation with Sweden in the field of trade and investment. ACS conveyed their wish for Sweden and ASEAN to further enhance cooperation in a more concrete and tangible form, with a view to promote free and fair trade.
