Signed the Book of Condolence at the Royal Thai Embassy
On 28 October 2025, following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother of Thailand, Ambassador Sarimah Akbar solemnly signed the Book of Condolence at the Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm.
Her Majesty Queen Sirikit will always be remembered for her dedication to social welfare and empowerment of women in Thailand. On behalf of the Government and people of Malaysia, Ambassador Sarimah conveyed heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family, the Government and the people of Thailand during this time of national mourning.
