YB Datuk Anifah Aman, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia made a visit to Stockholm, Sweden from 2 to 3 October 2009. This is Minister’s first visit since his took oath of office in April this year. During his visit, the Minister had an evening with Malaysians residing in Sweden and also Malaysians from Copenhagen, Denmark who came all the way just to meet the Minister.

The Minister had a tight scheduled meeting with Swedish multinational companies namely Scania, SAAB, Ericsson, Glasshuseet, System AB during a high tea at the Grand Hotel on 2^nd October and a breakfast meeting the next day with potential businessmen from Sweden.

During his visit, the Minister also had lunch at the newly open Malaysian restaurant ‘Malay Köket’ which is owned by Kelantanese businessman at the outskirt of Stockholm.
