Working visit to Linköping Science Park

On 3 April 2025, Ambassador Sarimah Akbar undertook a productive working visit to Linköping Science Park, one of Sweden’s leading innovation hubs. Coordinated by MIDA, Stockholm, the visit aimed to strengthen collaboration in technology, innovation, and investment between Malaysia and Sweden.
During the visit, Her Excellency met Ms. Lena Miranda, CEO of Linköping Science Park, Mr. Oskar Fajerson, CEO of Polar Light Technologies and Mr. Tobias Tybåhl, General Manager Human Resources of Toyota Material Handling International. The discussions focused on potential partnerships and exchange of expertise in areas such as digitalisation, smart industry, and sustainable technologies.
Additionally, Mr. Khairul Azhar Amil Hamzah, Deputy Director of MIDA, Stockholm, presented our country’s vibrant business landscape and available incentives and strategic opportunities for foreign investors in Malaysia.
