CONFERMENT OF THE HIGH ORDER OF CHIVALRY OF THE ROYAL MALAYSIA POLICE TO THE THAI COMMISSIONER GENERAL
Police General Preophan Dhamapong, the Commissioner General of the Royal Thai Police was bestowed with the High Order of Chivalry of the Royal Malaysia Police Award ( Anugerah Panglima Gagah Pasukan Polis ) by His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Di Pertuan Agong Tuanku Alhaj Abdul Halim Muádzam Shah.
The award was presented by Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Haji Ismail Haji Omar, Inspector-General of Royal Malaysia Police at the Embassy of Malaysia in Bangkok, Thailand on 18 September 2012.
The award conferment depicts the close bilateral relations and cooperation between Malaysia and Thailand.
