IUCN International Partner Day
On 8 December 2023, His Excellency Datuk Jojie Samuel attended the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) International Partner Day as the Guest of Honour at IUCN Asia Regional Office, Sukhumvit, Thailand.
IUCN is an international organisation working in the field of nature conservation and sustainable use of natural resources. Founded in 1948, IUCN has become the global authority on the status of the natural world and the measures needed to safeguard it. Malaysia is one of the 23 countries in Asia with State (Federal Government) membership in IUCN since 1961.
