-          To process visa, emergency passport, registration of birth and marriage within three working days from the date of application.

 

-          To process endorsement of document, notary services, translation of documents and statutory declaration within a day from the date of application

 

-          To handle all enquiries received through  counters, email, telephone, letters etc with kind manners, accurate and efficient

 

-          To process diplomatic clearance for Malaysian aircraft and ship entering Thai’s air and sea spaces within a week from the date of application or at a shorter period as required

 

-          To visit prisons in and around Bangkok at least once a month as a good will consular meeting with he Malaysian prisoners.

 

-          To render professional assistance and advice to all Malaysians residing in or visiting Bangkok when necessary.
