COURTESY VISIT BY THE MALAYSIAN STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION IN TAIWAN (MSAIT) AND SABAH OVERSEAS STUDENTS ASSOCIATION IN TAIWAN (SOSAIT)

11 September 2026 – Mr. Bong Yik Jui, President of the Malaysian Friendship and Trade Centre, Taipei (MFTC), received a courtesy visit from representatives of the Malaysian Students’ Association in Taiwan (MSAIT) and the Sabah Overseas Students Association in Taiwan (SOSAIT). The exchange provided an opportunity to discuss the welfare and well-being of the Malaysian student community in Taiwan, as well as upcoming student activities, notably the annual Malaysian Games (SUKMAS), scheduled to be held from 19 to 20 September 2026. MFTC appreciates the continued efforts of MSAIT and SOSAIT in strengthening camaraderie among Malaysian students in Taiwan and looks forward to working closely with both associations in the future.
