Malaysians are advised to contact the Embassy upon arrival in Kiev. The Embassy’s address, telephone number and e-mail are available in the main page of the Embassy’s website. For short visits, it is sufficient to register by telephone or e-mail.

ii. Passport number
iii. Current address in Ukraine
iv. Date of arrival
v. Expected date of departure
