REPATRIATION OF REMAINS
To obtain a letter of authorization to repatriate of remains of the deceased back to Malaysia, the relative/next of kin of the deceased should appear personally at the Consulate General of Malaysia, New York and submitted the following documents:-
1. Original and a copy of Death Certificate.
2. Original and a copy of Malaysian Passport / Identification Card / Birth Certificate of the deceased.
3. Original and a copy of Malaysian Passport of relative/next of kin.
4. A copy of flight ticket / itinerary of relative/next of kin.
